Tassel Task… Inspiration - Easy DIY Simple Tassel Earrings!

I taking a little break from my S/S 17 trends and throwing in a little easy DYI for another (mini)trend for this season - tassel earrings.

I have been looking for a simple pair of tassel earrings at an affordable price for a while, but all the ones I could find had a lot of "extras" and were far from simple.

So in the end I decided to make my own and the result was exactly, what I wanted.

Lux for less… Style - Luxury Bags for Less!

I'm the definition of a bag lady - in the good way though!

Ever since I was in my teens, I've been obsessed with bags and I got my first designer bag on a trip to Rome, when I was 17 - it was a Gucci Bardot in tan. The whole experience was amazing and this was the first time I had the feeling, that a bag was talking to me.

I have had this feeling so many times since and I have to say, it is quite a special one.

However I don't have the budget for going out and buying designer bags, so my designer purchases since the Gucci has been limited to a Marc by Marc Jacobs Clutch and my Alexander Wang (neither in the really high end price-wise).

But it has actually had a very positive effect, as it has made me realise, that you can easily get the feeling at a more budget-friendly price.

So for this post I have gathered some tips for getting the luxury feeling/look for less as well as my favourites shops to go to, when looking for it.

But lets start with some inspiration for luxury feeling bags at a more budget-friendly price, that are available right now in my favourite shops.

Diggin' it… Current non-beauty favourites!

It has been a while, but I felt like, I had a few non-beauty favourites, I wanted to share.

As usually it is a mix of accessories, food and TV/music.

Lets get started.

Pop of Black... Current Favourite Accessories!

We all know, that a new season means new trends, which also happens to include accessories.

I haven't really taken notice of any specific accessory trends for this autumn, but despite that, I see a clear trend in the accessories, I have picked up lately and really like - Black!

However a few non-black pieces did make it into this bunch of favourites.

Let begin with the mother of all accessories - the black bag :-)

Zara Padded Clutch Bag

(This is the name on the Zara web shop, I wouldn't call this a clutch)

I've said it before, some bags just talk to me.

I have been waiting for a bag to talk to me ever since, I came to the UK, and left many good bags behind, that I liked, but didn't talk to me, because I knew, that at some point one would :-)

Holo Love... Current Non-Beauty Favourites!

Once again I have gathered some non-beauty favourites.

Mainly in the form of accessories, but also this time with a few food/drink favourites.

I didn't do a non-beauty favourites for May, because I have been quite busy with my studies and also I didn't really have much to share.

But I still want to show you my current accessories favourites, because I found some really great ones recently.

I normally go for more budget friendly options for my accessories, but sometimes I do splurge.

It will normally be on bags, but once in a while I also find a piece of jewellery, that I think it worth spending a bit extra.

Marchy March... March Non-beauty favourites!

So time for non-beauty favourites for the month of March.

I've had this one for years, but fell in love with all over again this month.

It's light weight and easy to wear, and I love, that it's black and grey and don't have any gold or silver.

ASOS Grey Beanie:
I've been looking for a grey beanie for quite a while and ended up finding one, I liked (and at a good price) in the ASOS men's section.
It's quite lightweight in comparison to my other beanies, but it actually quite like that.

Random love.... January non-beauty favourites!

Because January has been such a long and boring month, I have had plenty of time to get some random favourites.

And I though, I would share them with you.

The Christmas Edition.... Christmas Nail, Face and Outfit!

As promised, here are my Christmas nail, face and outfit.

Nails:

I did a dark blue base with a lot of dots in different Christmas colours.

Bag it... What's in my bag feat. my new Zara bag!

As I have mentioned before, I have a very special thing with bags - they talk to me, and then I get obsessed and have to have it!

I'm very rarely visit Zara shops - I think they're to busy and messy, and in Denmark, they never really have things I want.

But this past year I discovered the Zara web shop, and I really like it.

Many of the things, you can't get in shops, and the so many nice bags!

So I often visit the site to check out they selection of bags, and a few weeks ago, this one court my eye, and I just couldn't get it out of my mind.

So a few days after, I ordered, and even though, it's not as big, as I was expecting (I can't fit my MacBook in it), I have used it every day since, I got it.

I really wanted to share it with you, and I though it would the perfect opportunity to do a "What's in my bag".

Ich liebe dich... My new Liebeskind Berlin Purse!

This will be a short post, I just wanted to share my new purse with you.

Some times I see things, that I just have to own - I mean really have to!

There is a big difference between the things I want (which are many) and then these few items, I just have to own!

It's normally bags, that talk to me, and then I have to bring them home with me.

But recently when I walked through Magasin (a big department store in Copenhagen), this purse talked to me!

There were just something about the soft leather in this olive-brown colour.

I couldn't resist.

Trend: Nude/neon.... How to get the look with accessories!

So, as you know, if you read my last "nail of the day", I love the nude/neon trend.

I'm so not afraid of colour.

However a look in my closet, will let the viewer know, that do mainly wear black and other neutrals.

But that's where the accessories can make their statement.

The neon accessories are a good way to get the look.

Either by pairing a neon accessory with nude accesories or if you really want to make the "nude/neon" statement as nude outfit.

Or buy an item, that has both neon and nude, and then you are good to go!

So I browsed some of my favourite online shops today, and found great neon accessories at affordable prices. 

Oh I love my bling - My current accessory favourites.

At lot of my style is in the accessories.

I have a lot of more expensive pieces, that are more traditional.

I love to combine this with cheaper trend pieces.

This is some of the pieces, I bought the last few months, which I really love and think will be favourites all through the summer.
