So I have had a break - probably the longest since I started this blog quite a few years ago now.
This is still just a hobby for me and therefore is one the things, that come last in my priorities and inspiration is key to keeping it up, and I just haven't had the inspiration or need to share anything.
But now that the weather is changing to the darker, I found myself thinking about products, I wanted to share and ideas for style post - so now I'm back and hopefully to stay.
I starting out with a good old classic - a current beauty favourites.
This does not include make up, as I will do a separate post with my current make up look including my current favourite products.
Body
I've raved about the & Other Stories body products several times - one of my favourites are their body scrub, and this relatively new scent Perle de Coco, is just like rubbing caramel/coconut goodness all over your body.
When I was on my holiday in London, I needed a shower gel. I normally can't use any shower gel and many of the "normal" brands make my skin itch like crazy. So my hopes for this one pound Original Source Green Banana & Bamboo Milk Shower Milk wasn't to high, but I absolutely loved the scent, so I gave it a go.
It hasn't made my skin itch and I absolute love the scent - so I will probably have to stock up on this in a Boots order some time soon!
So this might be a bit TMI - But I have quite large boobs and as I'm not 20 any more, I have felt that the skin in that area isn't as firm as it used to be!
I saw instant results with NIP+FAB Bust Fix, noting major, but the skin is just that tad bit tighter and more smooth.
Skincare
I had a little tester of the Caudalie Micellar Cleansing Water, and really liked it, so I got the full size. It takes of make up really well and just leaves the skin feeling soft and nourished - something I have been missing from the budget options, I have been using until now.
I only use it on lazy days, which kind of makes up for the higher price tag, as it will last me quite a while.
Another product I discovered through a tester was the Kiehl's Cilantro & Orange Extract Pollutant Defending Masque - and as I saw result with only one use, I decided to get the full size.
It truly gives the feeling of waking up with new skin - and who doesn't want that!
I got this Balance Me Lip Quench Balm as a free gift with a magazine, when I was in London - and was so pleasantly surprised! This is without a doubt the best lip balm, I have ever tried.
I will never buy another lip balm!
An all-rounder
I'm so late to the Coconut oil bandwagon - but this truly is the wonder product everybody make it out to be.
I started using it as an intensive hair mask - just leaving it in for a few hours before showering.
But I do also use it as a first step make up removing oil, and here it also performs better, than most other cleansing oils, I have tried.
So these were my current beauty favourites - come back soon for my make up favourites and non-beauty favourites.
