Season selections… Style Inspiration - Spring/summer additions!

While spring is not really showing itself at its best here in Copenhagen, I'm confident, that soon I will be able to wear open shoes, lighter layers and show more skin.

Every season I plan out which more "trendy" and seasonal pieces, I want to add to my wardrobe, and as usual I'm sharing my thoughts with you, so hopefully it will give you some inspiration.

// ASOS Silver Mirror Sunglasses // Zara White Sneakers // London Rebel Red Lace Up Shoes
// ASOS Tailored Culottes // Topshop Slouchy Jumpsuit // & Other Stories Printed Shirt Dress // Weekday Striped Shirt
// H&M Embroidered Blouse // ASOS Eastern Print Bomber //

Mirror mirror on my eyes
The most important accessory in the summer is without a doubt sunglasses - and I'm totally feeling the mirrored sunglasses.
They add all the coolness I need.

White with a twist
I passed on the white sneakers trend last year and went for an all black pair of Nike Air Force 1 instead.
But now as the warmer weather is coming around again, I find myself lusting after a pair of white sneakers once again. However I would not go for one of the classics, but find some with a bit of a twist.

Copy Dorothy
I find myself drawn towards red as my "pop-colour" this season and shoes are such a good way to add the colour pop.
I would go for a pair that fits into another huge spring/summer trend and pick a lace up pair.

Tailored trendy
I have been avoiding the culottes for so long, but as I probably will soon have to go out and get a real grown up job, I think, I would get good use of a pair of tailored culottes in the warmer months.

Oversize one in all
Jumpsuits have become a staple in my wardrobe, and I'm really wanting to add an oversized relaxed one.
Great for the warmer months - I would wear it casual with the white sneakers or dress it up with the red lace up shoes.

Put colour on a staple
Shirt dresses are one of my favourite clothing pieces and I have developed a slight addiction.
Most of my shirt dresses are black, so I would love to add a more colourful and maybe even printed version to my collection.
(BTW & Other Stories have a great selection on shirt dresses)

Forever Striped
Shirts and stripes are forever and I do have quite few versions in my wardrobe.
This season I would add a blue striped shirt, it gives the illusion of a bit of colour.

A little bit hippie
The embroidered blouse is probably the item, that is the most out of my comfort zone - therefore I have also gone with a dark version, but I do also really love the look of the white with black embroidery.
I'm sure it will look amazing with shorts.
(H&M have so many versions right now)

Asia is the bomb(er)
Bombers are everywhere and I have fully embraced the them.
I have a classic army green and a black (I was lucky enough to find both on sale), but I'm very keen to get a more funky version such as one with a asian inspired print.

What will you be adding to your wardrobe this season?
