What they said #1… Products Worth The Hype - High end!

Is there one thing, the online beauty-community is good at, it is to create a good amount of hype surrounding a given beauty product.
As much as I try not to, I often cave and give into the hype - but I do always make sure to do my research (especially when it is products in the high end price-wise).

I thought, it was time to share the products, that I found was worth the hype and are amongst my all time favourites.
I have split it into two - this one, which is products in the high end, which I find the most interesting, because with a higher price, comes higher expectations.
The next one is going to be drugstore/high street.
Finally I will do one with products, I don't think gets enough love.

1. Morocanoil Treatment
I have tried quite a few hair oils, but I always return to this one.
It is absolutely the best - makes my hair soft and smooth, smells amazing and has the added bonus of making your hair dry faster.
A real wonder product!

2. Caudalie Beauty Elixir
I won't go to much on about this one, because I mentioned it a million times.
I use instead of toner every day.
Worth every penny!

3. Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel
See my review here.

4. Urban Decay Naked Palette (the original)
This was one of my first high end purchases, and if some one, getting into make up asked me, what to get first, this would be my suggestion.
A great selection of high quality butter-soft shadows.
(see swatches and comment here)

5. Nars Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base
This is a recent addition to my collection, and I have to say, that this lived up to hype and more.
With this on your lids, you shadow is going nowhere and will look vibrant all day.

6. Anastasia Brow Wiz
This is also a recent one, but I fell in love a first try.
A good eyebrow product is a must, when you have unruly and "statement" brows like mine.

7. Nars Sheer Glow Foundation
Still my favourite foundation - see my original review here.

8. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Ethereal Light
If you don't want matte, but still like to set your make up, this is the way to go.
This powder feels like an angels touch.
Wouldn't be without it.

9. Louise Young Super Foundation brush
As I mentioned in my last favourites, this has changed my foundation application life.
It makes it so easy and flawless - a brush worth investing in.

10. Nars Blush
I love the Nars blushes, their shade selection are amazing and they blend into the skin like dream.
My favourite is Gina.

11. Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Powder in Candlelight
No Surprise here, if you read my recently review - See my it here.

12. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush
As with the powder, this is like an angels touch on your cheeks and by far the best staying power of all of my blushes.
I got Ethereal Glow, which is a beautiful soft light pink.

I would give everyone of these products "The Dodo Stamp of Approval" and my recommendations :-)
