Cold Stone…. Nail of the Day!

For the whole month of January, I didn't wear anything on my nails - very unlike me.

So when I returned to my nail polish collection, I decided to do something a bit different.

I ended up with this kind of "stone"-like manicure, and I really liked it.

I started with two coats of my favourite "white" OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls.

Then I put a few drops of Essie Cocktail Bling of a paper and dapped a make up sponge in it, only picking up a little pit of the polish - the trick is to do multiple thin layers of dabbing.

Next I did the same with OPI Birthday Baby, to give a bit of sheen.

Very easy and I like the simple look.
