Old favourites… February Favourites!

I'm now back in Denmark after my semester in the UK, and my bank account is bleeding.
Not only was the stay very expensive, but I also don't have a job right now.
So I have been on somewhat on a "very-limited-budget/spending-ban", so I haven't really been able to buy and try out new things this month.

So this months favourites will consist mostly of old stuff from my collection, that I have especially loved this month.

Make up

Bobbi Brown Luminous Moisturizing Treatment Foundation
My skin has been very dry this past month, so this have been the perfect foundation.
It doesn't cling to dry patches and it also have the added bonus of providing your skin with extra moisture.
So I'm definitely more pleased with this foundation now, than when I first got it.
You can read my initial thoughts here.

Benefit Rockateur blush
This is one of the few new things. I got this one for Christmas, but didn't bring it back with me to the UK my last month, but I have pretty much used it everyday since I got back home.
It gives the perfect winter glow.
I might do a full review soon.

Topshop Sunbeam Highlighter
This is a very golden/yellow highlighter and heavy pigmented.
It is a beautiful highlighter, but probably better for darker skin, so I have used as an eye shadow.
It is perfect in the inner corner.

Body

The Body Shop Shea Butter Body Butter
The smell of this just remind me of the olden days, I must have had this some time in my late teens/early twenties.
Also it moisturise the skin perfectly and sinks into the skin very quickly.
I have realised, that I do find it much easier to find the time to moisturise my body, when I have nice products to do it with.

Nivea In-Shower Body Milk
I don't really use this for its intended purpose, I don't really think, it gives my skin enough moisture, that I can without a normal body moisturiser.
However this month I discovered, that it is perfect as a shaving creme.

Lush Snow Fairy shower gel
This shower gel make me 1. Sad that there are no Lush stores in Denmark 2. That it only comes out at Christmas!
It smells so good, like a candy shop!

Face

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo
This is an old favourite, which the past year have made it in and out of my routine.
But some how it do always make it into my routine again, which it also did this month.
I use it in the evening as almost a serum before I apply my Clarins Oil, and I do see a difference in my skin, it keeps away the worse blackheads and keep the pimples at a minimum.
This together with the Clarins oil is a step up from my original combo with the Bio Oil, but it is just an absolute winner combo!
See my original review of the Effaclar Duo here.

Origins GinZing Eye Cream
This is a constant in my skin care routine, but this month I just got a renewed appreciation for it, as I have been really tried and it have shown around my eyes.
This do brighten and really make you look more well rested.

Korres Jasmine Lip Butter
This have been a trusted bed side friend this month.
See my review of the Korres Lip Butters here.

Antipodes Reincarnation Pure Facial Exfoliator
This is another old item, but I didn't bring it with me to the UK.
But I have really helped with the dry patches, because it is quite gentle.
It is very refreshing to use and you skin looks really renewed afterwards.
See my review here.

Random favourites

Normally I do a seperate post for my random favourites, but this month I don't have that many, so I decided to include them in this one.

Music

I have a few, I have been loving this month

TV Shows

At the end of this month I discovered "Reign" (see a trailer here), and watched all the episodes in one night!
A great historic but to a great extend fictional drama with king, queens, love, war and absolutely amazing dresses.
I love this show, and can't believe I haven't heard more about it.

Some returning favourites this month was "Pretty Little Liars" and "Girls".

What is you favourite TV show right now?
