Happy Birthday... Update on products reviewed!

So on the 9th of February, it was a year since, I did my first post.
I had planed to do this post on that day, but I was sick all last week and also didn't have any Internet.

But I still really want to do it and celebrate the anniversary :-)

So sit down, get a snack and enjoy, this will be a longer one!
And if you don't like to read about mascara and foundations, stop here :-)

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation:

I really loved this foundation, it just gave the perfect finish.
But the colour was wrong for me, so I ended up giving it away.
I had the lightest colour.

But if you aren't as fair as me, I would really recommend this foundation.
If there were a lighter shade, I would definitely get this foundation again.

See the review here.

L'Oreal Paris Lumi Magique Foundation:

I actually used up this foundation over the summer, and really enjoyed it.
It was the perfect warm weather base.

But I still have a problem with the fact, that it's quite had to blend.
But with a mineral foundation on top, as I did over the summer, it was to flawless.

I will probably not repurchase, mostly because I think there is better highstreet foundations out there.

See my first review here!

L'Oreal Paris False Lash Telescopic:

Still a favourite for long natural looking lashes.

I'm on my second one right now.

See my review here.

Bio Beauté Make-up Remover - Gentle Oil:

I still think this is the best oil cleanser, but as you might know, I recently became acquainted with Antipodes Butter Cleanser, which just won me over right away.

Where the oil could irritate my eye just a bit, the butter cleanser doesn't at all.
So I'm not going back!
I'm a butter girl now :-)

See my review for the oil here!
And for the butter here.

Yves Rocher Sexy Pulp Ultra-Volume Mascara:

I just couldn't get on with this mascara, and I ended up throwing it out shortly after the review.

See the review here.

New CID I-Bronze:

I really didn't think, I would love this bronzer, but I do.
I use it almost every day for contour.

I know it's expensive, but I know it will last me for quite a while and I really think, it's worth the money.

See my review here.

Maybelline Falsies Feather-Look:

When I'm wrong, I'm wrong, and I'm not afraid to say so.

Once this was dried a bit, it got so much better.
It gives such a beautiful natural look.

So I would recommend it now - see my first review here.

Rimmel London Scandal'Eyes Show Off Mascara:

Where the Falsies got better once it dried out a bit, this didn't!!

I hate it. I love Rimmel, but they don't do good mascaras.
It's going in the bin right now actually.

See review here.

bareMinerals Prime Time Oil Control Primer:

I really wanted to love this one, but no.
I use it, but I really don't like it.

I don't think, it does a big difference, and the "rub off thing" irritates me so much!

So I wouldn't recommend this at all.

See my review here.

So I hope, you enjoyed this follow-up.
And of course happy birthday to my blog, may you be with me for many years to come :-)
