I never win anything (granted, I very rarely enter competitions), so when I entered a giveaway to win a goodiebag with Marc Jacobs Beauty products, that the danish/norwegian blogger youblush.com was giving away, as Marc Jacobs Beauty was launched in Danish Sephora, I didn't really think much of it.
However a week later I received the email, that I won, and that a day after, I had had a really terrible day.
When I received the goodiebag a little week later, I was so pleased with the content.
It had the all so famous Lolita Palette and much to my surprise a foundation, that was actually so light, that it would be a match!
I have now had some time to try out all the products, so I thought, I would share my thoughts and a look using the products.

The first impression of this line is, that there is no doubt, that this is a high-end brand.
The packaging is just an experience in itself.
The Genius Gel Super-Charged Oil-Free Foundation was probably the item, that surprised me the most.
It is super light-weight (actually liquid). The coverage is therefore also light, but very buildable.
The finish is a kind of satin/velvet feel, but still with a healthy glow.
The thing I like most about this foundation is, that it doesn't feel like you have anything on.
It just melts into the skin and doesn't transfer, when you touch you face (which I do a lot!) and it fades nicely during the day.
It just need a bit of work to blend in and do sit a bit in the pores. But I have found, that I can use any of the tools, I featured in my Foundation Application Post.
In The Lolita Eye Shadow Palette, you really feel the extra bucks, it will cost you.
The shadows are so buttery smooth and blend like a dream.
For the look here, I used every shadow except the light pink.
I love all the shadows, but the two metallic/shimmery at the end are my favourites.
Oh, I could be with out the very shimmery one in the middle!
The Highliner Gel Eye Crayon in black is the softest eye pencil, I have ever used.
It is great for tight-lining, but also to smudge into the lash line for a smokey look.
O!Mega Lash Volumizing Mascara is okay, not amazing.
But together with the Benefit Roller Lash, it gives the volume, that one doesn't!
So I will definitely use it, but not repurchase.
The Lust for Lacquer - Lip Vinyl is an amazing lip product.
The bright colour No Regret is so nice, and it is pretty much totally opaque, but I really like to add a lip liner under to add to the lasting power.
The finish is like vinyl. It has kind of a tinkly feel and does give the a bit of umpf to the lips.
The lasting power for a shiny lip product is really good.
I love this - could totally see myself buying more of these.
So all in all I'm very happy with my win - It is rare, that you win something, where you will actually use everything, but I think, I will.
