I'm on my last two weeks of my stay here in the UK, and just felt like seeing something new.
I had thought about going up to London again, but I've been in London so many times, and you can always go to London.
So I decided to explore another south coast city - Brighton.
Actually I also apply and got accepted at University of Sussex, which is very near Brighton, but decide to go with Southampton, as they had a better and for me more relevant module selection.
However I always kind of knew, that Brighton was a more interesting city.
So I wanted to see, what I had missed out on (city-wise) by choosing Southampton.
1. This is how fab I look, when I've just woken up
2. Up quite a bit earlier, than I have been used to lately 3. Found this Korres Moisturiser in TK Maxx and it has done wonders for my dry skin
4. OOTD - ASOS Boyfriend Jeans/Nike Sneakers/Sweewë Sweater (brought at TK Maxx)/Cubus white shirt/H&M Necklace 5. Face of the day and ready to go
6. + 7. Waiting for the train 8. A bit of reading and snack for the ride 9. Nail of the day
1. Arrived at the very beautiful station in Brighton 2. Had some lunch at Pret (another thing I'm going to miss, when back in Denmark)
3. Then I went down to the ocean and saw and walked on the very famous Brighton Pier, is was so beautiful.
4. In the arcade on the pier they had these coin dozer machines, which reminds so much of my childhood - spend a good £ 5 and about an hour on them
5. Was really taken by this art piece near the pier 6. A selfie on the pier (beanie from Primark Mens section and sunglasses from ASOS)
1. The beautiful view of the city from the pier 2. The Royal Pavilion
3. Afternoon cake and coffee break 4. The area called the lanes were so nice and had a great vibe (reminded me of Camden in London) 5. the Boots in Brighton was so much bigger than the one in Southampton and they had nail polish heaven 6. Ended the day with a bit of shopping - a changing room selfie
7. On my way home on the train with a bag of goodies
8. Brighton Haul 9. Ended the day with some handball - It was pretty much the perfect day
I definitely recommend going to Brighton, if you have the chance. It is a great city with so many things to see and such a nice atmosphere.
The Pier was definitely my favourite place and now I really want to go back in the summer time.
