I love Barbie.
I have never forgotten all the good times I had with her as a girl.
She was my creative outlet as a child.
I could make up any story, I liked, dress her however I felt like and make her the star of show!
Therefore I think it is so sad, that Barbie is now just a memory.
So in tribute to her, I painted my nails with her favourit colour... Pink with glitter:-)

I used the same method as in my last nail post - Be my valentine...
As a base I used Chanel English Rose (205), unfortunately I don't think this one is available any more.
But a dupe for it could be ELF Gum Pink or actually any Barbiepink polish.
For the glitter I used OPI Last Friday Night, from the Katy Perry collection.
(I got mine here!).
But ELF Twinkle could give almost the same effect.
(Buy ELF polishes here).
I think the result is great.
So lets get Barbie back as the icon, she was and still deserves to be!!
