Three Step Red… My Perfect Red Lip!

I mentioned several times, that when I want a bold lip, I often turn to a bright pink or dark berry purple.

But once in a while, every beauty-loving girl get the need to wear a red lip.

I have recently been perfecting my perfect red lip, and feel that I get the best result with this combination.

It might seem like a bit of a hassle to have to use three products.

But I have realised, that when it comes to bold lips, you need to spend the extra time.

And often I wear a bold lip with a very simple eye, so time-wise it is probably the same :-)

I start with the Max Factor Color Elixir Lip Liner in Red Blush, first outlining my lips and then filling them in - this extent the wear considerably.
Next I apply Rimmel London Kate Moss Lasting Finish lipstick in no 107, which is a matte deep dark berry red (you can see it alone here).
Lastly I add Sephora Lipstick in It Girl (R06), a bright orange red, to the center part of my lips, to create dimension and a kind of vinyl look.

With me to touch up, I only bring the Sephora lipstick.
