The 9th of May 2012 was a big day.
It should probably go into history, if you ask me!
On that day the first Sephora opened in Denmark!
I had been waiting for this day so long.
.
Unfortunately exams, work and life got in the way, so I didn't get in there until last week.
After finishing an exam, I always give my self a gift.
So when I had my first oral exam last Thursday, I thought it was the perfect place to celebrate.
And it was like going to heaven!
What I bought:
I choose to buy all Sephora products.
1. Sephora Professionnel Mineral Powder Brush.
This is my favourite purchase.
I had heard a lot good things about this brush, so it was the first thing I put in my basket.
And I love it for applying foundation.
It makes it so nice and flawless and that is no matter which foundation, I try it with.
2. Sephora Nano eyux (in 09 pearl beige).
I bought this to use on the water line.
I'm not totally in love, as is doesn't cover up the red as much, as I would have liked.
But I found out, that it help a lot, if you warm it up a little on your hand first.
I would probably not buy it again.
3. Sephora Single eyeshadow (in no. 10 Californian Blonde).
It's such a nice cold light shimmery gold colour.
It applies very nice and are very opaque.
And I love, that there such a big selection of colours.
However I would say, that Inglot shadows are better, and they are pretty much the same price (if not cheaper).
4.Sephora Blush ( in no. 10 Romantic Rose).
I really want to love this blush, but I don't!
It's okay, but it's very hard to blend and is quite powdery.
I felt like had walked into beauty heaven.
There were so much to look at.
The staff were super friendly and it really felt like, they were just as excited as myself.
However there is a lot of brands, that I were hoping and expecting to see, that I didn't.
Such as Soap and Glory, Nars and Stila, and they only got the Naked 2 Palette from Urban Decay.
Also, the prices for Benefit are outrageous!
I can buy it much cheaper online.
But all in all, will I probably become a regular costumer.
Because they still have a lot of things, that you can't get any where else in Denmark and the staff is a big plus in my book.
So well done and keep up the good work, Sephora :-)
