Happy Days… Review - Bourjois Happy Light Foundation!

I couldn't resist.
After discovering, that they did actually do a lighter shade, than the 51 Light Vanilla, which I had tried out on my skin, and it was way to dark, I decided, that I needed to try it out.
It promises to do exactly, what I want from a foundation - so how could I resist?

The texture is really nice and creamy - not to thick and not to thin.
Scent-wise it is much more subtle, than the Healthy Mix foundations, and just have a light almost soap scent.

As I mentioned, I got the lightest shade (no. 50 Porcelain), which is a new addition to Bourjois shade range.
However this is no where near porcelain! I will almost say that it is just as dark if not darker, than the Light Vanilla in the Healthy Mix foundations.
So it was not a perfect match for me. However with a little Rimmel Match Perfection in Light Porcelain mixed in, it is the perfect match (in the pictures below, I only used the Happy Light)

I do think that this foundation gives a very nice fresh, dewy and natural look, but it do not provide a flawless complexion as promised.
However it is very light and blends into the skin so nicely.

It is very similar to the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation, but I have to say that except for the packaging (because this has a pump), I do prefer the Revlon Nearly Naked.

It is not any way, shape or form a bad foundation, and I think, that Bourjois is probably all over the best brand when it comes to foundations on the high street, and this is another example.
